(1) Who we are
PostJoint Limited is a company registered in England under company number 06317675 with our registered office at Unit 22 Grenville Workshops, 1-7 Grenville Road, London, N19 4EH, UK.
(2) Description of service
2.1 PostJoint is a marketing platform that connects independent Marketers with independent Bloggers, so they can easily arrange content publishing deals between themselves, with or without monetary incentive.
2.2 PostJoint is an independent intermediary and does not get involved in negotiating publishing deals, compliance with the policies of any other website, payments or dispute resolution.
2.3 PostJoint sells credits which enable you to use the service. Credits are applied to your account immediately after a successful transaction. All orders are final and refunds cannot be issued. If chargebacks are issued or if we suspect fraudulent activity, your account maybe suspended and credits withdrawn.
PostJoint will send out announcements, admin messages and newsletters. These communications are considered part of the service and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
(5) Use of this site
5.1 PostJoint reserves the right to do any of the following at any time without notice (i) make changes to this site (ii) change account plans and prices (iii) change features (iv) suspend or withdraw access for any user including in response to a violation of these terms (v) change entry requirements and (vi) restrict access to some parts of the site to approved users only.
5.2 PostJoint will not disclose your information to third parties unless required to do so by law. PostJoint may access and preserve your information if required to do so to enforce the Terms of Service, respond to your requests for help; or protect the rights of PostJoint, its users and the public.
(6) Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in the PostJoint technology, software and website are owned by or licensed to PostJoint. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something from PostJoint for any purpose.
(7) Limitation of liability
In no event shall PostJoint be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of the use or inability to use this site (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, website traffic or search engine rankings).
You agree that PostJoint is used at your own risk. The service and website is provided "AS IS". PostJoint and its employees, agents, contractors or officers disclaim all warranties whether express or implied. PostJoint does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.
(9) Login and password security
You should not disclose your account information or password to any third parties. You should immediately notify PostJoint of any unauthorized use of your password.
(10) Viruses and attacks
You must not misuse this site by introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server on which this site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this site.
(11) Marketer obligations
11.1 PostJoint does not permit any of the following types of content and / or links: adult, pills, gambling, pyramid schemes, offensive, unlawful, harmful, defamatory, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
11.2 All content (including images) submitted to PostJoint must be original works to which you are the Rights holder. You must not submit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary Rights of any party.
11.3 By accepting an offer to publish a post, you are granting the host blog an exclusive licence to publish your content, with the condition that the content, byline and links remain intact.
11.4 You should communicate directly with the host blog if any changes are required to the content after publication using the PostJoint messaging system.
11.5 PostJoint has the right and sole discretion to decline any content or links that it deems unsuitable for inclusion on the system and the right to remove any content or links that violate its Terms of Service.
11.6 Exchanging contact details or arranging deals outside PostJoint is a breach of our terms (unless that blogger or blogger was already known to you prior to your first PostJoint interaction).
(12) Blogger obligations
12.1 All posts and content received through the system must remain active intact. You should not modify the content, byline or links in anyway without prior agreement with the marketer with the exception of spelling or grammar problems; and must remove any content upon request from the Marketer or Rights holder who submitted that content.
12.2 By publishing a post on your blog, the Rights in that content are not transferred to you. You are granted a licence to publish that content according to the terms of the deal mutually agreed.
12.3 You should not charge marketers recurring fees. You can only charge one-time publication fees in return for permanent posts.
12.4 You must make a reasonable effort to ensure your blog is available 24/7 on reliable servers and ensure error free operation.
12.5 You should not solicit other services or make offers to publish posts on any other sites apart from those for which the opportunity was intended for and that was approved by PostJoint.
12.6 Exchanging contact details or arranging deals outside PostJoint is a breach of our terms (unless that marketer was already known to you prior to your first PostJoint interaction).
12.7 PostJoint does not make any guaranteed income claims. You are responsible for any income tax payments that are legally required in your country of residence.
(13) Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time and recommend that you look through them on a regular basis.
The English courts will have jurisdiction over any claim related to this site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
